We currently have openings for a Business Development Representative in our Charlotte, NC office and an Assistant Project Manager in our Fayetteville, NC office.

Business Development Representative Job Description:

• Cold calling new business from fire and water damage jobs in residential and commercial settings
• Driving sales results to assist the branch in achieving sales plan
• Creating and maintaining relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property  managers, and other segments as assigned
• Attending industry trade shows and networking events
• Developing key industry relationships
• Working closely with the Director of Business Development, Regional Manager, and Project Managers  to effectively utilize all sources of leads

Qualifications:

• Must be a person of high ethical standards and honesty
• Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Outgoing personality
• Able to demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and hunting abilities.
• Ability to be flexible with previous documented sales and marketing results
• Experience in business-to-business sales or the restoration industry is a plus
• Available to work after hours and weekends as needed

Assistant Project Manager Job Description:

• Understand customer expectations and deliver excellent customer service
• Estimate and set budgets on jobs
• Schedule sub-contractors and techs
• Personally sell and run jobs
• Respond after hours and on weekends as needed

Qualifications:

• High Energy
• Good communication skills and customer service skills
• Computer literate
• "Can do" attitude and be willing to "do what it takes"!
• Training in our industry and company standards will be provided
• Willingness to travel if needed
• Team player
• Structural experience and use of Xactimate software a plus
• Recent degree in Construction Management or military experience with Corp of Engineers, Seabees, etc. are encouraged to apply
