We currently have openings for a Business Development Representative in our Charlotte, NC office and an Assistant Project Manager in our Fayetteville, NC office.
Business Development Representative Job Description:
- Cold calling new business from fire and water damage jobs in residential and commercial settings
- Driving sales results to assist the branch in achieving sales plan
- Creating and maintaining relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other segments as assigned
- Attending industry trade shows and networking events
- Developing key industry relationships
- Working closely with the Director of Business Development, Regional Manager, and Project Managers to effectively utilize all sources of leads
Qualifications:
- Must be a person of high ethical standards and honesty
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Outgoing personality
- Able to demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and hunting abilities.
- Ability to be flexible with previous documented sales and marketing results
- Experience in business-to-business sales or the restoration industry is a plus
- Available to work after hours and weekends as needed

Assistant Project Manager Job Description:
- Understand customer expectations and deliver excellent customer service
- Estimate and set budgets on jobs
- Schedule sub-contractors and techs
- Personally sell and run jobs
- Respond after hours and on weekends as needed
Qualifications:
- High Energy
- Good communication skills and customer service skills
- Computer literate
- "Can do" attitude and be willing to "do what it takes"!
- Training in our industry and company standards will be provided
- Willingness to travel if needed
- Team player
- Structural experience and use of Xactimate software a plus
- Recent degree in Construction Management or military experience with Corp of Engineers, Seabees, etc. are encouraged to apply
