Initial Response Program

Disaster One understands the importance of emergency response following a catastrophic event, to better assist our clients we have created the Initial Response Program.  The Emergency Response Program allows Disaster One to provide:

• A guaranteed response in the event of an emergency structural issue
• Professional employees knowledgeable in all phases of water mitigation and structural restoration
• Ability to work with all insurance carriers and aware of most insurance program requirements
• One call guarantee- one call does it all

As a program member you will receive priority in the event of a catastrophic event.  Upon calling Disaster One, our highly trained staff will begin mobilizing to meet your needs.  Once on the job Disaster One will assess the damages, communicate with the client as to the damages and course of action deemed necessary.
